We currently ship to all areas within Egypt, ensuring that your orders reach you no matter where you are.

Shipping Fees
We offer affordable shipping rates that are based on your location, broken down into zones for clarity:

Cairo & Giza: 80EGP
Alexandria: 90 EGP
Delta & Canal Regions: 95 EGP
Upper Egypt: 110 EGP
North Cost (please choose Matrouh) : 115 EGP
Sinai & New Valley: 125 EGP
Your shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping Times
Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping zone:

Orders to Cairo and Giza are generally faster (3 days).
For other regions, expect delivery between 4-7 days.
We partner with Kemet, a reliable courier service, to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

Handling Time
We take pride in getting your orders out quickly! There’s a 1-day handling time, meaning we’ll process and ship your order the day after it’s placed.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to track your package right to your doorstep.

Lost Items
